Our commercial law consulting services focus on providing exceptional customer service. How we work on a typical client portfolio
You get in touch
If you call our office, a qualified and experienced lawyer will usually be able to talk to you at the moment. If not, we will call you back as soon as possible, usually on the same day.
Initial discussion
We'll discuss this in a phone call to see whether we can help you. It will not take long, and you are not required to hire our services, but legally, we cannot give legal advice until you become a customer.
Follow up
After the initial hearing, we'll let you know if you can use our services as a customer. At this point we can generally also give you an indication of the expected consulting costs.
Our proposal
The next step is to send you our fee agreement. This Agreement will confirm in writing the costs as agreed and detail the nature of the work requested, the agreed services and the manner of working with you.
Engaging us
After the wage agreement is signed, we will start working. This usually involves reviewing your documents and an initial meeting with you to give you legal advice and practical guidance on the next steps.
The best result for you
As your case progresses, we become aware of unexpected changes, as they may be, so that there are no unexpected fees. We will formulate all the correspondence, conduct any court proceedings, and conduct negotiations for a successful conclusion on your behalf.
In most cases our service exceeds our customers' expectations. So, we are sure that you will also be satisfied. But if a mistake has occurred, you can rest assured that we will do everything possible to fix what is needed as quickly as possible.

The standard payment options in our office are:
Pay at The Door
Many of our customers prefer to work with us on an hourly basis, and we think this is the fairest payment option, so you pay only for hours actually consumed. For this type of service, our regular price per hour applies.
Mix Fix Fee
In some cases, we can also pre-determine the fees for our services. Please note that in our pricing, we will consider the likelihood of additional and unexpected work (usually dependent on the counterparty and his lawyer) and offer you a predetermined fee.
